Four slides drawn from the two decks. In the file the picture appears, then the word, on a click, and the slide colours change from one letter group to the next.

What it does

  • Each letter's sound with its vowels

    Every letter has a slide with its name and its three short-vowel sounds: بَ بُ بِ.

  • Start, middle and end of a word

    Children see each letter in three positions, coloured inside every word. Letters that never join the next one, such as Dal and Waw, appear as they are written.

  • A picture that matches its word

    A duck for Baa, a camel for Jeem, an elephant for Faa. Every picture shows the word itself, never a near miss.

  • Tracing letters and numbers

    A dashed letter with a start dot on screen, and tracing pages in the booklet for every letter and every number from 1 to 10.

  • Review games on a click

    After every seven letters a game: which picture starts with this letter, and where is the letter among the others. The answer appears when the teacher clicks.

  • Numbers by counting

    For each number the child recognises it, counts objects, matches the number to its quantity, then writes it. Numerals as Saudi school books print them (٣), with 3 beside them.

Before you buy

Language
The decks, booklet and cards are in Arabic. This page is in English for parents and schools who read it.
Software
Microsoft PowerPoint for the decks, with the fonts inside the files. Google Slides and Keynote may swap fonts and drop animations; the PDF copy stays as it is.
Sound
No recorded voice: the teacher or parent says the letter, and the slides show what to say.
Printing
Booklet and cards on A4. The booklet prints in black and white, except its cover, which needs colour.
Pictures
From Microsoft Fluent Emoji, MIT licence. The licence text is in the pack and in THIRD-PARTY.txt.
Privacy
Files that work offline, with no account or subscription.
